Most online sign shops use 14 or 16-gauge, roughly half the thickness. Ours gets powder-coated after cutting, and that finish is rated around 20 years in direct sun before it needs redoing.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA design proof comes back within 3 days, and our team reworks it until you are happy with it.
